L'A. traite des rapports de l'approche comparatiste et de l'approche theologique du Nouveau Testament. L'approche historique distingue la theologie neo-testamentaire de l'histoire du christianisme. Cependant au-dela de l'exegese qui ne proclame pas de message une reinterpretation theologique de la tradition trouve sa place legitime.
