Abstract
Objective: Endometrial ablation is an increasingly popular treatment for dysfunctional uterine bleeding (DUB), but its effect on endometrial cancer and possible delay in cancer diagnosis remains unknown. This study investigated if endometrial ablation was associated with a differing rate of endometrial cancer or a delayed cancer diagnosis among women with DUB.
