Abstract

Sensititre YeastOne showed a good agreement with the CLSI broth microdilution method for C. neoformans and C. gattii against voriconazole and flucytosine. The limitation regarding fluconazole testing against C. neoformans documented in VITEK 2 manufacturer's package insert was confirmed.
