Abstract
Operational amplifiers used in various applications like I to V converter, Rectifiers, comparators, buffer circuits. Op-amp is the essential block in Analog and Mixed signal design. In design of OP-AMP mainly rely on its power supply and gain. In Integrated circuit design, Analog circuits has advantages of bandwidth power consumption, noise and gain of the circuits. The circuits with current mode is selected instead of voltage mode circuits because of its slew-rate and larger bandwidth. The OP-AMP with low power is limited to low current. A new design was proposed with the use of current mirrors. An OP-AMP with different current mirror loads are designed using 250nm technology using mentor graphics tool.
