Abstract

Objective To summarize the experience of the operation coordination on on-pump and off-pump coronary artery bypasses (OPCAB) in order to provide a theoretical basis for operative nursing. During the period of surgery, the measures of controlling the blood pressure and ensuring the effective circulating volume were carried out. Methods A total of 54 cases including 15 cases undergoing CAB and 39 cases undergoing OPCAB were selected. Results All surgeries were successful without death. All cases were cured and discharged after two weeks. Conclusions Nurses in operation room should enhance the operative coordination with other staffs in order to ensure the successful surgeries.
