Abstract

The so-called maximum speed response problem of a linear control system is studied, in which, in contrast to the classical optimal speed response problem with a relay control, a linear feedback algorithm is determined for a linear object, which ensures the system’s maximum performance under given restrictions on the overshoot and magnitude of the control signal. To solve it, two normalized transfer functions of a synthesized control system are proposed. The results of comparing the performance of these transfer functions with known reference functions are presented.
