Abstract
The authors study the matters of justification of the expediency of costs, volumes and terms of the investment-and-construction project implementation, at the same time, the pre-investment stage, at which all the preparatory work, including drawing up the estimate is carried out, is of their main interest. The carried-out analysis proved, that drawing up the estimate, the estimated cost of construction, the same type of an object can differ significantly in different areas, or when using the different equipment. Respectively, the factors which cause such regional distinctions, including various indexation, district coefficients, territorial features of sales terms of projects are revealed.
