Abstract

The article provides a comparative analysis of the preschool education systems in Russia, France, and Germany. The general data about the aims of organizations that carry out pre-school educational activities are given. The similarities and differences of the institutions that are engaged in preschool educational and training activities are distinguished. It is spoken in detail about the types of preschool educational institutions existing in each of the countries, the peculiar features of different preschool education programs and those of childcare and day-time centers dependent both on the type of a kindergarten and the country it is situated in. A comparative analysis of the levels of preschool education accessibility in Russia, France, and Germany is carried out. The preschool education authorities and management are also mentioned. The advantages and disadvantages of each preschool education system are described including the aspects dealing with the enrollment in preschool institutions, on the cost of educational services.
