Abstract

Objective To analyze the diagnosis and treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral amyloid angiopathy hemorrhage.Methods The clinical manifestation,auxiliary examination,operation methods and prognosis of 81 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage were retrospectively analyzed.Results There were no sigrificant differences in the clinical treatment and prognosis between hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral amyloid angiopathy hemorrhage.Conclusions For cerebral amyloid angiopathy hemorrhage,it should refer to the operation indication of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
