The ongoing reform of higher education and the introduction of new educational standards lead to increased intensification of the educational process. According to the statement of the psychological theory of activity, productivity, regardless of the level of its organization, is largely determined by the formation of psychophysical functions [3], the manifestation of which directly depends on the functional state of the subject of activity. It follows from this that improving the level of functional state of university students should be among the priorities of higher education reform, since only a comprehensive solution will allow to obtain the necessary synergetic educational effect. It is assumed that this will help to increase the physical activity of students and thereby increase their adaptive capabilities
