Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between individuals exhibiting a positive attitude related to work, the work with emotional, physical, and mental presence in advanced interaction, it also aims to analyze the relationship between revealing the positive energy related to the work, showing a high sensitivity to the their job and the integration with that defined as work engagement and fanaticism with the working conditions of employees they showed as a conscious decision orientation on turnover intention of the organization if they are unsatisfied. With this aim, an empirical study was conducted on 347 employees working in private bank branches, in the southeast region of Turkey. After data handling, they were used for analysis. The results of the study indicated that, according to gender, there is a significant relationship between gender and intention to leave the job in favor of men, the intention to leave a job for men was significantly lower than for women, according to educational status, the devotional work behavior of graduate higher than university. In addition, there is a moderate negative relationship between devotional work behavior and the intention to leave the job.
