Abstract
GGV, CGI, GJV or JV — the designation doesn’t really matter — the material and its production have come a long way to successful completion: GJV has entered volume production with the crankcase for a car diesel engine. Eisenwerk Bruhl GmbH have successfully transferred their technology to the volume production of GJV and are as of now the only volume supplier of V6 crankcases made of GJV for Audi AG.
