This is evident even in such traditional social institutions as a family. For the purpose of empirical verification of occurring institutional changes under the influence of the information and communication environment was conducted representative sociological research. In this study, the corresponding conclusions have been drawn from the analysis of the use of information and telecommunication technologies citizens with different family status. Family members use a wide range of communication tools to maintain with each other the relations. But their use led to blurring of traditional distinction between "work" and "house". The Internet and mobile telephony brings together during the separation, but because of its individualistic essence within the family (for each of its members) give a personal, interactive, anonymous access to information and communications environment, which is organized by the network principle.
