Abstract

This study aimed to determine the communication system in the implementation of forest laws using the descriptive research method. The respondents utilize 12 communication media, their message format is informational using the Filipino language containing the Forestry Reform Code of the Philippines. The respondents frequently used media was a television with an exposure of four days a week. The respondents were fully aware of the memorandum on cutting down trees; while the Chainsaw Act was not known. Respondents were involved in the implementation of the law. Only 47.50% of the respondents said that they do not let others violate the forest laws indicated.
