Common legal thinking in Europe is mainly a fruit of European integration. In general, legal thinking means the principal approaches to law which reflect in the understanding of legal texts, which determine the value concepts and the balance of their conflicts, which influence the methodology of interpretation, which are relevant for the degree of acceptance of constitutional and international or supranational law in the interpretation of ordinary law, which are the basis of the readiness to get inspired by conceptual solutions stemming from a different legal order and much more.
