Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 19-month-old 35-kilogram dwarf miniature pony which was admitted due to swelling of the maxilla. The case was referred to a veterinarian and a radiograph was taken. It was reported that 109 and 209 maxillary first molar teeth were relatively large in size as compared to the age and recommendation was given for extraction of affected teeth. Further, the result of using bilateral commissurotomy, a surgical procedure for teeth removal, is discussed.
