Abstract

We present in this paper the commissioning of a large scale pipelined data acquisition system consisting of nearly 100 COPPER boards into the Belle Central Drift Chamber (CDC). We will gradually replace all FASTBUS modules in Belle with COPPERs in a few years. The detailed specifications of the COPPER module and the structure of new data acquisition system for the CDC is described. Our run-control scheme, network shared memory (NSM) is also explained. We also discuss COPPER replacement result for the CDC.
