Abstract
This overview highlights the Commission’s (i) request for feedback on the proposal to tackle the role of enablers of tax evasion and aggressive tax planning, (ii) Annual Report on Taxation 2022; (iii) reasoned opinion on the failures of Greece and Spain to communicate ATAD 2 implementing rules on hybrid mismatches; (iv) approval of Italian aid scheme to support tourism sector; and (v) approval of Hungarian Aid scheme to support companies impacted by Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
