Abstract

An oscillatory behavior of the electrical conductivity tensor component of the quasi-two-dimensional conductors is examined in a lower magnetic field region where an observation of the Shubnikov-de Haas oscillation is not expected. A calculation of the component is carried out with the current vertex corrections in use of Kubo formula, which introduces the transport relaxation time τ t in place of the relaxation time τ s of the energy excitations of the electrons to it. The ratio τ t to τ s is evaluated for a specific model of the quasi-two-dimensional organic conductors.
