Abstract
The above paper presented computed results for the effects of carrier diffusion on the small-signal behavior of avalanche diodes. It is suggested that these results be treated with caution, since the equations solved are not those normally associated with the problems under consideration. Other aspects of the paper <sup xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">1</sup> which could be misleading are also indicated.
