Abstract

The National Right to Work Legal Defense and Education Foundation, Inc. submits these comments supporting the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s proposed updates to its Compliance Manual on Religious Discrimination, along with recommended modifications. These modifications specifically apply to the issues of employee religious objections to supporting labor unions, adverse action, undue hardship, and privacy of the religious beliefs of employees.
