Abstract
In the above named paper (ibid., vol.ASSP-35, p.825-831), Ersoy developed a two-stage representation in terms of processing and postprocessing of a discrete Fourier transform (DFT) by vector transformation of sines and cosines into new basis functions using Mobius inversion of number theory. Three corrections of Ersoy's work are printed out.< <ETX xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">></ETX>
