Mehkri et al. have presented a thorough review of calcitonin-gene related peptide (CGRP) and its relationship with headaches, both primary (e.g., migraine headaches) and secondary headaches (e.g., headaches secondary to subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) and traumatic brain injury (TBI)) [1].
