Eddy in the Mainstream: Gestalt Subversion Amidst Academic Tyranny Peter Mortola, Ph.D. Peter Mortola, Ph.D. pmortola@lclark.edu Peter Mortola, Ph.D., is Professor of Counseling and School Psychology at Lewis and Clark College's Graduate School of Education and Counseling in Portland, Oregon. He is director of the university's nationally approved Educational Specialist degree Program in School Psychology. He is author of Windowframes: Learning Gestalt Play Therapy the Oaklander Way (GestaltPress, 2006), and coauthor of BAM! Boys Advocacy and Mentoring, A Leader's Guide to Facilitating Strength-Based Groups for Boys (Routledge, 2007). Both of these texts focus on relational methods of working with children and youth in therapeutic settings.
