Abstract

The 3He and 3H form factors of elastic electron scattering are recalculated. Three-nucleon ground-state wave functions derived from the Paris and the Bonn OBEPQ potentials are employed. The role of the electromagnetic form factors of the nuclear constituents in the definition of the exchange charge and current operators is discussed. The dependence of the theoretical predictions on those operators is explored.
