Abstract
It is observed that the K L 0n→K S 0n regeneration measurements require positivity of the real part of the K −p forward scattering amplitude above p ∼ 1.3 GeV/ c. This invalidates some of the earlier dispersion relation predictions and the preliminary experimental results from Batavia.
