Abstract
It is pointed out that there exists a difficulty in the proof of existence of Nicolai's transformation of the bosonic fields in supersymmetric theories, which has so far not been resolved. Also the generalization of the proof, which was given for the case of one bosonic field, to the case of more fields is not trivial.
