Abstract

A simple explanation for the logarithmic ageing of the photoconductivity inYH3−δ isproposed. We show that the scaling (‘simple’ ageing) of the relaxation response with the illuminationtime tw is consistent with the superposition of independently relaxingexcitations with time offsets distributed over a window of widthtw.
