Comment on ‘Symbolic integration of a product of two spherical Bessel functions with an additional exponential and polynomial factor’ by B. Gebremariam, T. Duguet and S.K. Bogner

Abstract

In [1], Gebremariam et al. presented a Mathematica package that performs the symbolic computation of the integral∫0∞e−x/uxnjμ(x)jν(x)dx for some specific values n, μ and ν, where jμ(x) and jν(x) denote the spherical Bessel functions of integer orders, with μ≥0 and ν≥0. In this comment we will give a general analytic expression by means of the Meijer-G function.
