Abstract

The commenter suggests that P.M. Tesche, in the above-titled paper (ibid., vol.34, no.3, p.259-66, Aug. 1992), conveys the impression that the Cauchy residue theorem, when applied to a function of a complex variable, leads to a Hilbert transformation relationship between the real and imaginary parts. The commenter clarifies this relationship. >
