• Questions modelling on past data to capture changed central bank behaviour at the ZLB; • notes the incompleteness of stress tests when the balance sheet is not shocked; • explains why stress testing central bank finances is not cost-benefit analysis and • addresses the unspoken question of why the Fed׳s financial results should matter.
