Abstract

This review aims to provide help to physicians who are in front of thoracic nodules found on CT-scan. Two situations are presented: incidental diagnosis on a CT-scan; and diagnosis during screening CT-scan. Both situations are different regarding population, intention for CT-scan prescription, and thus guidelines. In each situation, the following abnormalities will be addressed: solid nodule, part-solid nodule, and pure ground glass opacities.
