Her research focuses on practical linguistics and discourse analysis as well as contemporary poetry (among other topics the influence of Japanese poetry on Jacques Roubaud). She published La poésie française dans les années 90 : état des lieux (in Japanese: Shincho, 1997) as well as articles in French reviews on Olivier Cadiot, Pierre Alferi, Nathalie Quintane, and Anne Portugal; and articles in Japanese in numerous reviews.
