Abstract

This paper aims to examine the effectiveness of a pilot psychoeducational group for people diagnosed with bipolar disorder. The group hoped to increase member’s understanding of Bipolar Disorder and develop coping mechanisms. Client feedback reflected increased control over their experiences and benefits from meeting other group members.
