Abstract
This norm tries to make possible that those persons belonging to the group of the diocesan clergy of the catholic Church, which certify to fulfill the requirements that objectively are needed to have access to the family protection services, in the not contributing modality, could be beneficiaries of the same ones. This norm becomes extensive to those priests of Greco-Roman rite, seated in Spain, who can have familiar duties.
