Abstract
The combustibility of glass and carbon plastics has been studied. It was proven that the value of traceable combustibility indices depend not only on the duration of the sample’s exposure to the burner flame, but also on the thickness of the sample. The combustibility characteristics of composite materials are significantly affected by changing the compound and structure of inert material that does not participate in the combustion process.
