Abstract

More and more scientists are becoming aware of the enormous potential of nanoneedle biosensors as biosensors and nanotechnology advance. Biosensors made of nanoneedles exhibit exceptional sensitivity and specificity. It is a device that integrates nanotechnology and biotechnology that uses chemistry and optics as a detection and analysis mechanism for molecules. As the primary component of the sensor, nanoneedles will be essential in the process of detecting molecules and nanomaterials are the fundamental building blocks that enable nanoneedles to reach their full potential. Nanomaterials are extremely small. They differ from regular materials in terms of their chemical and physical characteristics, and these unique qualities help them interact with molecules effectively. Nanomaterials come in many different forms, such as nanowires, nanotubes, and nanoporous substances. Scientists have been able to make further advancements in the design and use of nanobiosensors thanks to the utilization of these materials and the growth of nanotechnology. This paper's goal is to detail the use of various nanomaterials in nanobiosensors and to emphasize how these materials can enhance the functionality of the sensors.
