Abstract

A secondary analysis of results from a clinical trial of predictors of response to sertraline treatment for major depressive disorder (MDD) has found that a combination of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and clinical data can predict treatment response. These results were specific for sertraline treatment compared with placebo treatment.
