Abstract

Obstructive sleep apnea is the most common breathing-related sleep disorder. The spectrum of therapy is wide ranging. The symptom of persistent daytime sleepiness can be an important indicator for reviewing the existing treatment. If polygraphic monitoring shows inadequate treatment under ongoing therapy, acombination of therapies should be considered.
