Abstract
Autologous fat grafts have recently gained popularity in the treatment of soft tissue defects of the face. We report on two patients with circumscribed scalp alopecia and linear forehead depressions treated with a combination of scalp reduction and autologous fat implants. The patients had significant cosmetic improvement without complications.
