In a survey of 112 consecutive cases of essential tremor (ET) in Israel, we found 1 patient with tremor or both hands and legs. The tremor of the lower extremities was present both at rest and while maintaining position. Combined resting-postural tremor of the lower extremities, mainly distal, has not been reported previously. 1,2
