Abstract
Objective: Reduced walking endurance and balance is common among patients with Parkinson's disease (PD). Treadmill training and transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) have been shown to be effective in improving walking performance in patients with PD, but effects were modest and short-lived. This study aimed to examine the long-term effect of combined rTMS and treadmill training on walking endurance and balance performance in patients with PD.
