AbstractThe present study investigates the treatment of anaerobically digested distillery wastewater (ANDDW) with biological treatment followed by ozonation process. The aerobic biological system (SBR) used in this study was able to treat the distillery wastewater (ANDDW) containing high COD to the extent of 73% and BOD to the extent of 98%, respectively at an optimized OLR of 3.6 kgCOD/m
