Abstract
The method described herein is designed to analyse the intact folate molecule in a simple two-step procedure; First, folates in the tissue extracts are purified by affinity chromatography using immobilized milk folate binding protein as the affinity matrix. In the following step, the purified folate mixture is resolved using ion pair high performance liquid chromatographiy in combination with diode array detection system.
