Abstract
Beth Rubin, Ph.D., has worked in adult and online education at both nonprofit and for-profit institutions. In her current role as dean of adult and online education at Campbell University, Rubin is in a unique position to have learned from the best of both worlds, and tries to bring that philosophy to her current work. “I've done adult and online learning at a range of both for-profits and nonprofits, which gives me a different experience base and perspective,” Rubin said.
