Abstract
Adriamycin, bleomycin, 5-fluorouracil and methotrexate have been used in combination in a Phase II study and as adjuvant chemotherapy for patients with locally advanced bladder cancer. Although early results with metastatic disease showed considerable antitumour activity, longer follow-up has shown this drug combination to be ineffective.
