Abstract
The article reveals the structure of the control system of artillery units, considers the way so fire control of artillery units in armed conflicts during the five-day war in Transcaucasia in 2008, Nagorno-Karabakh in 2020, during the Special Military Operation in Ukraine in 2022 and the if impaction the effectiveness of artillery use. Modern reconnaissance means, reconnaissance-fire and strike complexes, their capabilities in fire control are presented, the actions of artillery units in the performance of fire control tasks represented.
