Abstract

Recently, new techniques of electronic photography which do not require any silver-based film have been explored. To expand the applications of electronic photography, a new printing system was envisioned to obtain hard copies of pictures normally only viewed on a TV screen. Development of a practical, hard copy printer can expedite the rapid growth of electronic photography and its applications.
