Abstract
We used laser ablation approach for the synthesis of PbTe nanoparticles (NPs) that allows for the control of the mean size of NPs. The addition of gold particles to the solution results in the formation of hybrid NPs characterized by the amplification and broadening of the near-field photoluminescence spectra compared to initial NPs.
