Abstract

Rodger Narloch is Assistant Professor of Psychology at St. John’s University (MN). As a developmental psychologist, he primarily is interested in studying how people change over time. Specifically, his work has focused on how students come to understand themselves during their formative college years and what aspects of the college experience play a role in the identity development of students. He is currently the Assessment Director for SJU’s Theological Exploration of Vocation Project. Dr. Narloch was contacted about his research.
